Find and qualify manufacturers for new and existing product lines.
What you'll do
- Identify and vet manufacturers against cost, capacity and compliance requirements
- Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times
- Agree specifications, packaging and carton markings before orders are placed
- Keep approved-sample records current across every product line
What we look for
- 2+ years sourcing furniture or seating, ideally with overseas suppliers
- Comfortable reading drawings, spec sheets and test reports
- Clear written English for supplier correspondence
